  4. Имя, адрес электронной почты, номер телефона и Telegram — если пользователь указывает их в форме. Также технические данные, необходимые для работы сайта и обратной связи.
  5. Цели обработки
  6. Связь с пользователем, обработка заявки, оформление участия, направление организационных сообщений и исполнение обязательств по договору. Рекламные сообщения направляются только при наличии отдельного согласия.
  7. Правовые основания и срок
  8. Обработка осуществляется на основании согласия пользователя и договора/оферты. Данные хранятся не дольше, чем необходимо для заявленных целей и требований законодательства, после чего удаляются или обезличиваются.
  9. Права пользователя
  10. Пользователь вправе запросить сведения об обработке данных, потребовать их уточнения, блокирования или удаления, а также отозвать согласие, направив обращение на yar-moroz@ya.ru.
